San Francisco Swim Notice of Filming and Photography: 

By participating in a San Francisco Swim event, you may enter an area where photography, video and audio may occur. Your entry and presence on the event premises constitute your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded. Further, you authorize San Francisco Swim to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, you waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears. Additionally, you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of photograph, film and/or otherwise recorded media.

You understand that all photography, filming, and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree with the foregoing, please contact San Francisco Swim at [email protected].

Outside Media:

Participants wishing to include external media, including photographers and news outlets, must obtain prior approval from San Francisco Swim before capturing any photographs or media at the event. They should provide relevant details about their intent, equipment, and areas they wish to access. This permission may be obtained by contacting San Francisco swim at [email protected].

San Francisco Swim reserve the right to deny media access if it conflicts with the objectives, privacy concerns, or disruption of operations of the event.
